Rise and Restore are complementary nutritional formulas created for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Rise is designed around morning and daytime needs, while Restore is designed around evening and night-time needs.
Do I need to use both?
No. Rise and Restore are separate formulas and each can be used independently. Choose the formula that best suits your needs or use both as part of a morning and evening routine.
How are they prepared?
Rise is mixed with cold water for an easy morning drink. Restore is prepared as a warm evening drink with milk or a milk alternative. Always follow the final directions provided on the product packaging.
